Name: Rhonda Trent
Job Title: Cook
Why did you choose to work at Morristown-Hamblen? I’ve been working in hospitals since 2001 and it was time for a change so I chose MHHS and I’m glad I did.
What are your goals in working at Morristown-Hamblen? To help take care of the sick.
Where are you from? I was born in Canada. My dad was in the Air Force and we moved here when I was 11 years old since my dad was from Tennessee.
If you could have dinner with anyone, alive or dead, who would it be? My mom, because I miss her so much.
What is your favorite food? Chicken Alfredo
What is your favorite TV show? NCIS and Criminal Minds
What is your greatest accomplishment? Accepting Jesus Christ and my husband, kids, and grandkids.
Would you choose a free trip or money? I would choose money and pay my house off as well as the rest of my bills.
What is your favorite childhood memory? We lived in Morristown and our next door neighbor had a tractor which he drove to his farm everyday and we would ride with him on the back. We would play on the farm, ride horses, chase chickens, and feed the pigs. It was the good ol’ days.
