It’s Meet the Staff Monday and today we are getting to know Lindsey Cooley. She has worked at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System for ten and a half years. What are her hobbies? Find out below:

Lindsey Cooley is this week's Meet the Staff Monday highlight.

Name: Lindsey Cooley

Job Title: RN, BSN – Wound/Ostomy Nurse and Quality Management

Why did you choose to work at Morristown-Hamblen? It’s close to my home and I love the people here.

What are your goals in working at Morristown-Hamblen? To complete my MSN in Leadership and Management and to improve wound care for our hospitalized patients.

Where are you from? Right here in Morristown, born and raised!

What are some random facts about yourself and hobbies? I watch serial killer documentaries, quote obscure/random movies, am sarcastic, and enjoy crafting.

If you could have dinner with anyone, alive or dead, who would it be? John Douglas and Mark Olshaker – they were the first FBI agents to study behavioral analysis of serial killers. I love psychology.

What is your favorite food? Anything Mexican!

What is your favorite TV show? Live PD

What is your greatest accomplishment? My son, Mr. Will. He’s 11 years old and a pretty awesome kid!

Would you choose a free trip or money? Money. I could take a trip or buy craft supplies!

What is your favorite childhood memory? Playing outside. We would stay outside all day. My mom would have to yell for us to come in after it got dark outside. We would create games and activities. All of the neighborhood kids hung out at our house. Even when it would rain, we’d make forts on our carport and have a great time just being kids!

We hope you enjoyed getting to know Lindsey Cooley and please stay tuned for the next Meet the Staff Monday.
