Frequently Asked Questions

Listed below are common concerns and questions you may have about the race. If you have a question, please contact us.



What do I do if I cannot participate once I have registered?
Registration is non-refundable. If you prefer, a friend or family member is allowed to pick up your race packet and T-shirt during packet pick-up.

How can I confirm that my registration went through electronically or if my registration form was received?
To confirm your registration, please click here: Confirm My Registration or from the race registration website, click on the link that says “Find a Participant.”

Can someone else pick up my race bib/bag?
Yes! If you cannot make bag pick-up the night before or that morning, someone else can pick it up for you.

What do I receive with my registration?
All race participants will receive the following:

  • Race T-shirt (only guaranteed to those who register by November 15th)
  • Race bag
  • Race bell
  • Subway Sandwich Voucher
  • Post-race refreshments
  • Post-race massage
  • After-race photo opportunities.

What if I do not want my run to be timed?
You can elect to not be timed as you register for the race.

Race Day

How will the race be timed?
The race will be timed electronically by Total Race Solutions. Results will be posted same-day or the day after the race.

Where will port-a-potties be located?
Please look over our course map for a visual as to where potties and hydration stations will be located.

Are baby strollers allowed on the course?
Yes. Our course is very family friendly and baby strollers are allowed.

Is the course walker friendly?
Absolutely! We invite everyone to walk and/or run to raise money for our Cancer Patient Assistance Fund.

Where can race participants and spectators park?
Participants, family and friends can park in several parking lots surrounding downtown which are notated on the course map.

Post Race

If I win, but don’t stay for the awards – will my award be mailed to me?
Awards will not be mailed. You will need to arrange for someone to pick up on your behalf during the awards ceremony.

Will there be race photos?
Race committee photographers will be on site to take photos of all runners throughout the course. All photos will be uploaded to the Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System Facebook page, accessible here.

Will results be posted? If so, when?
Results will be posted by Total Race Solutions and should be posted same-day or the day after the race. When the results are posted, they will placed on the website, as well as the Facebook page and event.
